Hunky Dory Designs create unique, handmade objects for you, your home and garden.

I love working in my little shed in my garden in Hampton, creating handcrafted objects d’art. My other half is a lepidopterist, I have two children and two grandchildren and I am a primary school teacher. I studied art and education at Roehampton University, where I won The Ravenna Scholarship to travel to Italy and was inspired by the scintillating beauty of the stained glass and mosaics of the Romans and Byzantiums. In 2005, Through the Looking Glass won Hunky Dory Designs a bronze medal for their small show garden at the Hampton Court Palace Flower Show. I regularly attend local craft shows and have a wide collection of bespoke items available on my website ready to be made. I make stained glass and mosaic tables, agate panels and 3D stars. My jewellery is dichroic fused glass and silver. My other half sets beautiful butterflies which I preserve under a glass dome. My fake neon pictures are another funky product made for Hunky Dory Designs and I also make tableware, pond features and Christmas decorations.
