The range of table designs is extensive and three categories have been created: Organic, Geometric and Aquatic.
Here you can chose from a natural or a mathematical style, which could be abstract or traditional.

Hunky Dory gets its inspiration
from nature in all of its table designs, some have been
inspired by ancient cultures, others by mathematicians
and scientists and some by other artists and crafts people.
Our aim is to make our designs funky and colourful or
subtle and sensitive to suit every home or garden.
Ingredients for a great Hunky Dory Design:
- If the subject is to be an organic design, find
inspiration in flowers, fruit and fauna and chose
natural colours or funky ones to draw in an abstract
or traditional style.
- If the subject is geometric, you must remember to
be precise, but I’m a bit quirky, so I always like
to put something in that’s not quite symmetrical.
- If the subject is aquatic, it will always look good
by a pond or on a patio next to a water feature -
lots of blues and greens in these designs, which are
good colours for bathrooms and swimming pools, too!
- Next, transfer the design into a digital format
ready for sizing.
- Now, chose the correct glass and mosaic colours
to compliment the design, using our amazing database
of mosaic and glass samples.
- Decide whether you want white or coloured grout
and pick the table style of your choice.
And there you have it – six simple stages for staggeringly
super style! Try saying that after six pints!
Hunky Dory Designs can create tables, whose warming qualities
seem to reflect the sunlight all around the garden, bringing
a bright glow in the depths of winter. The designs allow
the garden to be light and colourful all year round. The
very nature of the glass ensures that the light and warmth
from the sun is magnified and reflected in a myriad of
the spectrum – the surface of a butterfly’s wing in the
sunshine or the flip of a fish’s scales in the stream.
Sun-catchers can be hung, their colours cascading around
them as they are caught in a breeze. Panels of opalescent
or see-through glass can be used to both diffuse and enhance
the sun’s light at windows and doors. Hunky Dory allows
you to bring glass into the conservatory, garden or home
to shower colour on the blandness!
